Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you play a vital role in ensuring that our properties remain clean, welcoming, and move-in ready for residents. Your attention to detail and dedication to high standards contribute directly to the resident experience and the success of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the physical appearance of the community, ensuring all spaces are clean and inviting.

• Daily cleaning of the leasing office, laundry rooms, models, and other common areas.

• Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing detailed cleaning before move-in.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to the appropriate team member.

Performance Expectations:

Success in this role means that all assigned areas are consistently clean, presentable, and ready for residents and prospects. The Housekeeper upholds the LUMA Residential Playbook by fostering a welcoming environment that enhances the community's appeal.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand apartment numbers, service requests, and cleaning checklists.

• At least one year of professional cleaning experience.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper use, including safety precautions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to kneel, stoop, sweep, and vacuum for extended periods (1-2 hours).

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to reach overhead (2-3 feet), climb a 6-foot ladder, and work with small tools.

• Must have sufficient mobility for tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lying down when necessary.

• Not color blind, as tasks may involve identifying color-coded cleaning solutions or materials.
