Randall Electrical Contractors, Inc. is looking for an top-tier Office Administrator / Receptionist to work in our Titusville, FL office.

Position Summary

As our Receptionist / Office Admin, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Essential Functions

To be successful as a Receptionist / Office Admin, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations. Multitasking skills are essential for this position. Flexibility to work occasional, light overtime is a plus.

Ultimately, a Receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

  • The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Assist job-seeking visitors with the application process

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings

  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.

Desired Qualification Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.

  • Possess good computer skills (Microsoft Suite).

  • Communication skills (can speak to people in a professional environment).

  • Time conscious (can be on time and efficient).

  • Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and teamwork.

  • Ability to pass drug screen and reference check.

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

  • Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety procedures at all times.

  • Ability to work well with others.

  • 1-2 years' experience assisting management in a variety of construction environments

Physical Requirements

This is primarily an office position and, as such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job.
