The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is part of a new development, planned to incorporate 17 ski lifts, 1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with a total of 1,350 rooms, 250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest "ski beaches" in the world.

At Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that reflect the luxury and warmth of our mountain resort. As the Guest Experience Manager, you will lead our Guest Experience operations, ensuring seamless and personalized service for every guest, from arrival to departure. This role is important in upholding our brand standards and enhancing guest satisfaction in a mountain resort setting, and seasonal environment.
- Supervise and mentor Guest Experience team members, including but not limited to Concierges, Bell Attendants, and Shuttle personnel.
- Oversee VIP Program; including pre-arrival communication and on-site experience.
- Maintain programming schedule for hotel events and activities.
- Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high service standards.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for applicable colleagues
- Coordinate with other departments to personalize guest experiences.
- Act as the hotel's expert on local activities including skiing, hiking, dining, festivals, seasonal events, and applicable events.
- Partner with the Front Office team to develop and maintain a robust list of curated experiences.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Guest Services or Front Office Management/Leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience and thorough understanding of Guest Services.
- Deep knowledge of Park City or a willingness to immerse oneself in the area's offerings.
- Valid Driver License and clean driving record required
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
