Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and direct guests upon arrival.
• Answer and manage phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Offer refreshments and prepare coffee beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, coffee bar, and guest lounges.
• Assist clients while they await further assistance from the sales team.
• Support general administrative tasks as needed.
