Food Service Attendant - Providence Anchorage

Under direct supervision prepares and portions a variety of foods requiring short preparation for patients. Delivers meals and nourishments to patients, while providing high quality customer service. Complies with HACCP guidelines and ensures proper washing and sanitizing of work areas and equipment.

Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Variable shift, Monday-Friday, no weekends or after hours; 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Specific vocational training. This training can be provided in a school, work, military, institutional or vocational environment.
• 6 months Training or on the job training in quantity food preparation and basic principles of sanitation and safety in food handling.
