Position Overview: As FOH staff at Tapville Social, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing guest satisfaction, working in a fast paced enviornment, and overseeing our high-quality food and beverage standards. This is a unique opportunity to join our rapidly growing company and contribute to the success of our new Hawthorne location. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop with the team to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment. Quality Control: Ensure the guests receive a 5 star experience in a fast casual setting by maintaining the standards guided by the team leaders. Positive Motivation: Working together with the team towards a common goal in a solutions based environment with a focus on hospitality. Qualifications: 1-3 years of proven experience as a FOH professional in a restaurant or food establishment. Strong leadership abilities to effectively work together and motivate as a team. Excellent communication skills and salesmanship. Proficiency in English (reading and writing) and basic math skills. Ability to manage time and resources efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized kitchen workflow. Maintain composure and poise under pressure. Physical Requirements: Able to work up to 20-30+ hours per week, including 6-8+ hour shifts standing. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to stand for the entire workday. Physical agility to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying, reaching/extending arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or other movements in a constantly changing environment.
