About the Role: We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is the critical link between our clients and the internal teams that support them. As the primary point of contact, you'll be responsible for managing client communications, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments. Respond to client inquiries via email (70%) and phone (30%) with professionalism and clarity. Explain rejections, obtain authorizations, and gather additional information as needed. Proactively follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution. Handle sensitive or escalated communications with tact and empathy. Investigate missing information and coordinate with relevant teams to provide accurate updates. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and communications. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in call centers, especially in high-pressure or complaint-heavy environments (e.g., credit card services, airlines, debt collection, etc.). Comfortable working with demanding clients, including attorneys and legal professionals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems independently. Leadership qualities and a proactive mindset. Experience in medical or legal fields is a plus.
