This position is located off-campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK. A busser's primary responsibility is to maintain a clean and tidy dining area, supporting the waitstaff and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This involves clearing tables, resetting them with clean linens and utensils, assisting with food delivery, and performing general cleaning tasks within the restaurant as needed. Other duties include, but are not limited to keeping side stands and server areas stocked with supplies, assisting servers in polishing glassware, changing beer kegs and running drinks to tables (if over 18).
