The Curl Whisperer, an upscale salon in the heart of Miami, is looking for a bilingual, customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients, youll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What Were Looking For:
Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

Customer Service Expertise: Prior experience in customer service or a front desk role, ideally in the beauty or salon industry.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong multitasking abilities to manage appointments, check-ins, phone calls, and customer inquiries with ease.

Positive & Professional Attitude: Friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Experience in the Beauty Industry (a plus): While not required, any prior experience in a beauty or salon environment is a bonus.
