Maintenance Mechanic I-II

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices, electrical systems, and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively. The Maintenance Mechanic will work with both low and high voltage systems and will be expected to fabricate parts as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
Analyze mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems using schematics and logic controllers.
Fabricate components or parts as necessary to maintain equipment functionality.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while performing maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, including both low voltage and high voltage applications.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
Experience with logic controllers is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
