Jersey Mike's Subs in Short Pump / Henrico is Hiring!

Pay & Benefits:

• $16+/hr (hourly base pay + tips based on recent earnings)

• Free sub each shift + unlimited drink refills

• Closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food and ensure a clean, safe work environment

• Work efficiently with a sense of urgency

• Provide excellent customer service

• Uphold accountability, integrity, and company policies and standards

• Complete training (Wednesdays & Thursdays 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM or select Saturdays 9 AM - 3 PM) at our Midlothian Training Center

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule (full-time and part-time available)

Physical Demands:

• Standing for long periods, frequent bending, stooping, and lifting

• Repetitive shoulder/elbow movement (slicer use18+ only)

• Lifting 20 lbs frequently , up to 50 lbs occasionally
