Over the past 20 years Boka Restaurant has become one of Chicago's most beloved restaurants. Chef Lee Wolen's seasonal American food is framed by Simeone Deary's timeless design located in the heart of Lincoln Park. Boka originally opened in 2003, and was the first Boka Restaurant Group property for owners Kevin Boehm and Rob Katz . The restaurant became the foundation for the company: An alchemy of great design, warm hospitality, and amazing Chefs. The restaurants rich history includes 13 consecutive Michelin Stars.
This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to the art of hospitality and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working team!
Qualified Bartenders must be energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated to providing genuine hospitality.
- at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, fine-dining restaurant; Michelin experience desired
- a deep knowledge of modern cuisine
- an understanding of global wine, craft beer, and cocktails
- a passion for creating and tailoring positive guest experiences
