We are a vibrant and bustling restaurant located in the heart of the Upper East Side, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role requires availability for both weekday and weekend shifts, including daytime and/or nighttime hours.

Position: Part-Time Bartender
Location: Upper East Side, New York, NY
Availability: Weekday and weekend shifts (daytime and/or nighttime)

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a variety of classic and innovative cocktails with precision and flair

Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils

Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed

Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Stay informed about menu items to make informed recommendations to guests

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of mixology, including a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures

Must be at least 21 years of age

Availability to work both weekdays and weekends, including day and night shifts
