Bar Brucato Dishwasher
Brucato Amaro is an independently owned and operated spirits company based in San Francisco. Bar Brucato is a craft cocktail bar, and restaurant at our flagship distillery in the Mission district.
We're looking for a dishwasher to join our team, Wednesday to Sunday from 3 pm to close.
Roles and responsibilities:
Wash dishes and dirty containers
Some food preparations
Help clean the kitchen and service areas
Requirements:
Positive attitude
Minimum 1 year of similar experience
Able to work as part of a team
Servesafe certified
Work a set regular schedule
Ability to be flexible with start times
Lift over 50 lbs.
Work on your feet for hours at a time
Reports to: Executive Chef, Sous Chef
Compensation: $19.18/hr, plus tips
