Hiring FOH & Bar Staff | Woodside, CA | Fine Dining
Were a well-established, upscale restaurant nestled in the redwoods of Woodside, CA where nature meets refined hospitality. Our space blends cozy bar/lounge energy with elegant forest dining. We offer dinner service WednesdaySunday and host a variety of private events.

Were currently hiring:
-Experienced Servers (fine dining preferred)
-Bartenders with a focus on craft and service
-Food Runners & Bussers
-Hosts & Support Staff for regular shifts and events
-Part-time / On-call help for holidays and large events

Pay & Schedule
-Competitive hourly wages + strong tips
-Mostly evening shifts, with occasional brunch or daytime events

-A scenic workplace with a supportive crew that works hard, stays sharp, and knows how to keep things fun while remaining professional
-Everyone on the team is hands-on and helps where needed
Training & Growth
-Weekly sessions focused on service, food, beverage, and wine
-We cover cost of Food Handler & RBS courses & certification for anyone employees who need it (valid for 2 years)
-Regular, hands-on wine tasting experiences with our partner wineries fun, educational opportunities to deepen your palate and knowledge of the producers we work with
Questions and curiosity are encouraged were excited to work with people who want to learn. We believe in rewarding growth strong performance and commitment can lead to pay increases and expanded opportunities over time. Hourly/salary wage is based on experience and position and include excellent tips. We'll discuss pay details during the interview process.
Who You Are
-Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure
-Great with people confident, personable, and positive in your approach to service and sales
-A self-starter who notices what needs to be done and steps in without being asked
-Comfortable moving quickly and adapting when things get busy or plans change
-Able to commute reliably were in a semi-remote location, so a car or solid transportation plan is a must
-Open to flexible scheduling, including holidays and occasional brunch shifts
-Eager to grow & learn more about the hospitality industry with a strong team
