Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk Support:
Perform a variety of receptionist and clerical duties to support the principal, school office, and counseling department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Communication & Public Relations:
Serve as a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for students, staff, families, and visitors. Provide friendly, professional, and accurate communication both in person and via phone/email to represent the school in a positive manner.

Proficiency with Technology:
Demonstrated experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
Organizational and Communication Skills:
Must be highly organized with strong clerical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Welcoming Presence:
Must be friendly, upbeat, and approachable, creating a positive and professional first impression for students, staff, families, and visitors.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.
- Grasping: Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
- Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken work; those activities where detailed or import spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
