Janitor Floater - AM Shift, Full-Time

What You Will Be Doing

As a janitor floater you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep our client buildings looking perfect.Thesuccessfulcandidate will be flexible with their availability, have a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license. This role will require you to service buildings in the Ferndale School District. Your work assignment is communicated to you daily prior to your shift.

JanitorFloaterDuties and Responsibilities:

• Service different buildings daily, as assigned by your supervisor or admin staff.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping itmaintainedand in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills withappropriate equipment.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasksin a timely mannerwith minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned by supervisor.

JanitorFloaterQualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Unexpired Driver's License.
• Reliable Vehicle for Transportation.
• Handle basic cleaning and janitorial work, including but not limitedto:emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, wipe downs.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify
