If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Housekeeper/Groundskeeper role!

The Housekeeper/Groundskeeper is directly responsible for guest satisfaction, 'white-glove' aesthetics, light

maintenance repairs, maintenance audits (i.e.- smoke detector/lights), painting, power washing,

plant maintenance and running errands.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily upkeep of grounds

Clean and maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor areas by removing trash,

debris, and snow as needed.

Inspect outdoor areas regularly to identify issues

Support setup and takedown of outdoor furniture and decorations for events or seasonal

changes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Driver's License Required

Prior experience in cleaning, groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is a plus.

Basic knowledge of plants, lawn care, and grounds maintenance practices.

Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Self-motivated and reliable with good time management skills.

Work Environment:

Outdoor setting with exposure to heat, cold, rain, and physical labor.

Use of tools and machinery that require adherence to safety guidelines.

May require weekend or holiday availability depending on property needs.
