THE JOB:

As a Cook at Bellagio, particularly for breakfast foods, you will be responsible for expertly applying culinary techniques. You will also set the stage for the guest experience with your excellent service. Your passion for food and dedication to quality will help ensure each guest enjoys a delicious and satisfying meal, making their time with us truly special.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain a strong knowledge of menu and skillfully apply culinary techniques to prepare morning dishes

• Identify and safely operate kitchen equipment used in food preparation

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service, ensuring availability throughout the day

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing food service efficiently and seamlessly

• Demonstrate expertise in the preparation of food staples, including base sauces, stocks, and breakfast items

• Collaborate with the team to assist guests with their food needs and inquiries, ensuring a memorable dining experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Prior relevant experience as a Cook
