Custodian Houskeeper - Lowenwood Campus

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Lowenwood Campus in Land O Lakes, WI has a full-time position available for a Custodian/Housekeeper. This position is responsible for maintaining all building interiors in a clean and orderly condition including all custodial and housekeeping functions. Additional duties will include laundry as applicable, setting up and tearing down tables and chairs for events, and assisting the facilities and grounds team members when necessary to complete their duties. This position may include weekends, evenings, and possible overtime.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency, and valid driver’s License required. This position is physically demanding and requires that an individual have the physical ability to meet the requirements of the job which includes reaching with hands and arms, lifting and carrying a minimum of 25 lbs, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and extensive walking.
