Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role involves ensuring all mechanical repairs and facility maintenance are efficiently managed as we move our machinery from Oklahoma to Michigan.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical repairs and facility maintenance on the plant premises.
+ Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, motors, hoses, and pumps on industrial machinery.
+ Diagnose and resolve issues with assembly equipment swiftly to maintain production flow.
+ Break down and rebuild machinery on-site.
+ Conduct basic Mig Welding as necessary.
+ Assist with facilities maintenance, including light bulbs, sidewalks, and snow shoveling.
+ Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including diagnosing sensors and 240V systems.
+ Communicate effectively with electricians regarding any electrical issues.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years as a maintenance technician or machine builder in a fast-paced industrial setting.
+ Experience in hydraulic troubleshooting on industrial machines.
+ Proficiency in pneumatics troubleshooting, including pneumatic cylinders and air pneumatics.
+ Ability to perform assembly equipment troubleshooting efficiently.
+ Basic Mig Welding skills.
+ Basic electrical troubleshooting skills, including using a volt meter.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley & Siemens) is a plus.
+ Knowledge of 480V electrical systems and 3-phase motors.
+ Familiarity with vision systems.
+ Willingness to take on projects outside the usual scope as part of a team.

**Work Environment**
Work in a newly renovated plant with state-of-the-art equipment, including CNC machines, conveyors, and robotic weld cells. This 2nd shift role requires initial training on the 1st shift for 2-4 weeks. The shift times are 3pm - 11:30pm, with a shift premium for off shifts. The average workweek is 40-50 hours, with potential overtime as the final machinery transitions to Michigan. Be prepared for a team-oriented environment where occasional travel to Oklahoma may be required, with all expenses covered.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
