Busser-Job Responsibilities: Pre-bussing while guests are in the bays Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare them for new guests. Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive and responsive to guest needs. Empty bus carts in dish area and replace with empty carts regularly. Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the venue, including sweeping and cleaning as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment. Work collaboratively with other associates to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining and gaming experience for guests. Food Runner-Job Responsibilities: Ensure prompt delivery of food orders to the correct tables. Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive and responsive to guest needs. Monitor and replenish condiments and supplies as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff. Work collaboratively with other associates to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining and gaming experience for guests. Provide excellent guest service and address guest needs. Assist in clearing and cleaning tables when required. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with excellent communication skills. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation. No specific prior experience required; training will be provided.
