Who You Are: The Busser / Server Assistant plays a vital support role to the service staff and kitchen team. This position ensures the dining area is clean, organized, and ready for guests while assisting servers in delivering a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Key Responsibilities: -Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations -Reset tables quickly and efficiently between seatings -Assist servers with water service, clearing dishes, and delivering food or condiments as needed -Restock silverware, napkins, glassware, and other essentials -Help maintain a clean and organized back-of-house and server station -Monitor guest needs and communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff -Follow all sanitation and safety procedures -Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality and professionalism Qualifications: -Previous restaurant or hospitality experience required -Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays -Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs. during a shift Benefits: -Minimum Wage + tips -Staff meals during shifts -Seasonal housing provided for one -Opportunities for growth and advancement -Supportive and respectful team environment Principals only.
