DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Cook 1 at the Pennsylvania Soldiers' and Sailors' Home, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the residents receive delicious and nutritious meals. Your responsibilities will include operating cooking equipment, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and preparing food according to specific recipes and dietary needs. You will also have the opportunity to train new cooks, prepare food for special meals and events, and attend training to refine your food preparation skills.
