Looking for housekeepers/cleaners compensation: $30/hr We are seeking a meticulous, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaner to manage turnovers for a high-end short-term rental located near the Santa Barbara train station. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, has an eye for perfection, and understands the importance of maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment for every guest. Position: Short-Term Rental Turnover Cleaner Location: Santa Barbara, CA (must be local) Schedule: As needed, typically 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, including weekends and holidays Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and performance Responsibilities: Clean and reset the rental unit to hotel-level standards after each guest stay Wash, dry, fold, and remake all linens and towels onsite Restock all guest essentials, including coffee, tea, toiletries, and soaps Conduct visual inspections for damages or missing items and report issues promptly Stage the unit to match a consistent and aesthetic presentation for incoming guests Maintain inventory of cleaning and restocking supplies Communicate with management to confirm turnover schedule and report guest feedback Requirements: Proven experience in professional cleaning, preferably in hospitality or short-term rentals Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards Dependable, punctual, and organized Ability to work independently and efficiently under time constraints Must have reliable transportation Must live in or very near Santa Barbara Ok to bring a baby or child if they can be safely and quietly supervised while you work If you're someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning, finds satisfaction in a job well done, and is looking for consistent part-time work with flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.
