Job Details Job Summary:We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Busser to join our team at [Blu Ember], a upscale establishment known for exceptional service and a sophisticated atmosphere. The ideal candidate will work closely with servers and hosts to ensure seamless service, maintain immaculate dining areas, and provide guests with an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare dining areas before guests are seated (table settings, silverware, glassware, and linens).
Assist servers in clearing plates, glassware, and utensils between courses promptly and discreetly.
Reset tables swiftly and properly after guests depart to maintain flow of service.
Refill water glasses, replace napkins, and attend to guest needs in a professional and non-intrusive manner.
Support the front-of-house team by ensuring a clean, organized service station and dining area.
Handle dishware and glassware carefully to prevent breakage and noise.
Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
Assist with special events, private dining setups, and large parties as needed.
Communicate guest feedback or special requests to servers or management.
Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
High standard of personal appearance and professionalism.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, and to lift up to 40 lbs.
