Melange Foods Incubator is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven servers to join our opening team. From the chef behind Doro Soul Food and Melange, this new concept brings three distinct culinary visions under one roof all rooted in flavor, vibe, and purpose.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience required
- A service professional who delivers spectacular guest experiences
- Availability to work Thursday through Sunday non-negotiable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Familiarity with food, beverage, and POS systems a plus
What Youll Do:
- Deliver warm, attentive service that goes beyond the expected
- Own your section and ensure every guest leaves delighted
- Work alongside a team that values excellence, creativity, and consistency
- Contribute to the growth of a chef-led, community-rooted culinary project

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + tips

Compensation: Hourly ($12.00) plus tips
