As the Guest Services Associate you will play a vital role in organizing and facilitating transportation services for new patients. Youll assist in meeting their individual transportation needs while also helping ensure the nursing department is adequately and appropriately staffed in alignment with resident needs, census data, and budget guidelines

****Schedule will be Tuesday Saturday 10am to 6pm

****Shift Differential's Ranging from $1.00-$2.25***

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Front desk/office coverage
  • Answering phones
  • New patient check-ins
  • Facility tours
  • Coordination of patient transportation
  • Transports residents to and from medical appointments, new admissions, activities, and shopping errands using Community-owned vehicle.
  • Maintain current and up to date records of resident appointments.
  • Coordinate and communicate appointments with nursing department.
  • Works with other transport companies to ensure appropriate transportation is available
  • Successfully meets all requirements of Transportation Driver position, including Driver Record report; meets and completes ongoing training and driver requirements.
  • Completes routine periodic vehicle inspection check and informs Administrator of any maintenance problems or safety issues that need to be addressed.
  • Is thoroughly familiar with fire, missing persons and other emergency procedures; follows company policy and procedures detailed in fire and disaster plans.
  • All other duties that assigned by the executive director.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active CNA License
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Successful completion of CPR/First Aid Course, Driver Safety and Training Course preferred.
  • Previous experience in a driving position preferred.

***HOURLY WAGE RANGE: $20.00-$22.91 D.O.E. / Application End Date 06/30/2025
