We are seeking a skilled PM Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong understanding of high-end kitchen operations, and great attention to detail. As the PM saute line chef, you will be asked to execute more complicated pasta dishes, meat entrees, and some pastry tasks. This position will require a culinary foundation with previous experience working in chef-run kitchens and our ideal candidate has a passion for creativity, old world cooking, and strives to learn about new techniques/ingredients from our well-respected Executive Chef, Kristen Skelton.

Duties:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety protocols.
Assist in the supervision of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute banquet services and special events.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
Ensure timely preparation of meals to meet service demands.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
Contribute to menu development by sharing creative ideas and feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
Experience in restaurant management or supervising kitchen staff is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Familiarity with dietary department practices is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
