Babysitter Needed for Infant Care, Meal Prep, and Light Housekeeping

My son is 8 months old and full of curiosity, joy, and energy. Hes in a stage of exploring the world through movement, sounds, and touch. He enjoys tummy time, music, sensory play, and interactive books. His ideal day includes a consistent nap schedule, healthy feedings (formula and beginner solids), story time, and lots of floor play or outdoor strolls when the weather is nice. He doesnt require special medical care, but Im looking for someone experienced with infants who is nurturing, patient, and reliable. I work 12-hour shifts as a nurse, so flexibility, safety, and strong communication are essential to our family.
