At Anyday, we take pride in serving refined, bold, and elevated dinner dishes, complemented by a well-crafted selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our team and deliver an exceptional bar experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, classic drinks, and specialty beverages with precision and efficiency.

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring an outstanding experience.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.

Follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the establishment.

Monitor and manage bar inventory, assisting with ordering and restocking as needed.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper payment and tip-out procedures.

Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.

Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wine, and spirits.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing top-tier service.

Must have or be willing to obtain any required alcohol service certifications.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
