About the Position:
Were looking for a Lead Technician who embodies leadership, craftsmanship, and consistency. Youll be responsible for leading by example in the field and mentoring newer technicians, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

Requirements:
1+ year of professional window cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)

Comfortable working on ladders up to 32 feet

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Positive attitude and a no-whining, no-complaining mindset

Perks & Pay:

$22$27/hour for lead technician depending on experience

Company vehicle provided, including for your commute (After a 30 day trial period)

Disclaimer: This position is intended as a full time job and requires Monday through Friday availability. Saturdays hours are available as needed. While it it is our goal to provide Full time employment, hours are not guaranteed as window cleaning can be affected by weather and seasons. We clean gutters in the winters to provide year round work.
