- Supervisory experience in a front desk or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Word, and Excel (preferred but not required).
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Prior hotel or resort experience (preferred) .
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, days, evening, night audit and holidays.
