I am a real estate investor. I have immediate need to clean two houses, with two kitchens, and four baths and two gross fridges of rotten food, bugs and filth. Need a hard-working cleaner. Expect to clean and carry out garbage, clean dried ketchup of walls, toilets showers tubs, clean up insects and just filth. If you are grossed out easily, don't know how to clean, or a complainer, not the job for you, just wear a mask and gloves and get through it. I have soft Home Depot pads. Usually that's done in the first day, the subsequent days not gross. I pay very high because I want top people. Show up 5 minutes before start time, no late shows, work the entire time, work smart and think ahead. I will never cheat you on time, but I expect every dollar of work - not watching the clock. Whatever I need you to clean...do it all with good attitude. You need common sense, such as dont use a brillow pad to clean things which scratch. Bring your own preferred gloves and I will provide cleaning supplies. I want to chat on the phone first, then meet you first some cleaning experience like hotels and motels is preferred. I probably can guarantee at lease three-4 hour days this week. I prefer a 4 hour workday which I find people run out of energy after four hours hard work.
