Guest Service Representative - Part-Time
Hilton Garden Inn, Eagan, MN
Pay: $15.50/hr to $17.50/hr (based on experience)
Shifts: 3pm-11pm

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-focused individual to join our front desk team at the Residence Inn in Roseville. This is more than a job, it's a chance to be part of something special at a property that values teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out
Handle guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude
Provide local recommendations and support to enhance the guest experience
Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Availability to work a schedule (3pm-11pm)
This position would typically be 3-5 days per week (and every other weekend)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependability and strong attention to detail
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
