We are currently looking for Barista to fill full-time temporary positions on 1st shifts with a company in Northampton MA Responsibilities of the Barista Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages following company recipes and quality standards. Greet customers warmly and take orders with accuracy and efficiency. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment. Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including barista workstations, seating areas, and equipment. Requirements of the Barista Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to see, taste, feel, smell, and describe foods and beverages. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to frequently stoop, bend, reach, twist, use stairs, and lift items up to 50 pounds independently and over 50 pounds with assistance. Ability to maneuver a cart by pushing and pulling.
