Housekeeping - Homemaker (Glenaire) Location: Cary, NC Job Id: 2268 # of Openings: 1 Together We CAN! This role must be available to work weekends and holidays. The Housekeeping - Homemakers will focus on cleaning resident's rooms. While you could help with serving residents breakfast, lunch and dinner, this role specifically focuses on cleaning and maintaining a clean environment. As a Homemaker, they are the primary advocate for the residents in the household. It is an important role that helps promote the residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building, helping plan and facilitate social activities, and maintaining a safe environment. Required: History with cleaning and organizing. Great communication and documentation skills Willing to work with a group and independently. Desire to serve senior adults. Help cover serving residents when needed. Managing a high standard of cleanliness. Why Us?
