Part time Office/Warehouse Cleaner Southampton

CW Industries is looking for a cleaner . Monday throught Fridays 3-4 hours a day. Cleaner will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas and assist with some of the building maintenance. Job Responsibilites:Bathrooms (4) includes: emptying trash, refilling supplies, and cleaning toilets, sinks, and floor. DailyLunchrooms (2) includes: washing floor, sink, wiping down tables, emptying trash. DailyOffice area include emptying trash, shredders, and recycling, vacuuming, light dusting.Reception area: clean windows and doors as needed, and vacuumProduction Area offices -- empty trashAdvise of worn, broken, leaking, damaged, etc. in buildingReport any safety or maintenance issues to supervisorMonitor cleaning supplies levels and replenish.Assist with set up and clean up for company events.Cleaning or organization in production area.Assisting with maintenance of buildingAdditional task may be required. **Requirements:**Prior experience as custodian or professional cleaner preferred.Able to follow verbal and written instructionsAble to work independently.Good communication skillsPhysically fit to lift 25 lbs, climb ladders, kneel and bend. Able to perform physical task for extended periods.Flexibility in schedule to meet company need.Excellent attendance.Background check and physical requiredFollow all safety guidelines.If 15-20 hours per week Starting at $16 per hour.HR manager will oversee job performance.
