Must understand proper preparation technique and follow recipesKnow how to time dishes when they must be completed.Know how to cook in bulk without generating waste.Know how to use commercial kitchen equipment (meat slicers, steamers, grills, fryers, ovens)Must have computer skills. A basic knowledge of Google Drive and the apps within would be a plus.Cerner knowledge is preferred but not required.Minimum Requirements- Applicants must be able to lift approx. 40 lbs.
