This is a role for someone who combines technical precision , white-glove service, a calm and quiet demeanor , and the intuition to stay one step ahead of a discerning family of three. The ideal candidate thrives in both structured and dynamic environments and is equally at ease supporting formal entertaining and casual living . This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the Principals as they build out their team and establish protocols. The role will be supported by a secondary housekeeper. This is an ideal position for an experienced lead or executive housekeeper seeking long-term stability in a respectful, professional household. A private suite is available for staff that are interested in live-in arrangements, but the family is open to hiring a candidate that prefers live-out. Job Duties Will Include: Lead and perform full-service daily cleaning and deep cleaning routines Create household cleaning and maintenance protocols to ensure consistency, efficiency, and the highest standards throughout the estate Care for silver, crystal, and fine china, ensuring proper use, polishing,and storage Oversee all laundry and wardrobe care, including ironing and steaming Supervise and coordinate with the second housekeeper to ensure flawless execution of tasks Organize and reset guest rooms and shared spaces to pristine, hotel-level condition Run errands, grocery shopping, and communicate/restock household items. In the future, occasionally provide daily care for the family dog, including feeding and walks. Assist with occasional entertaining and events, including preparation, service support, and post-event reset Understand and execute service protocols for both formal and informal gatherings Provide concierge-level support to Principals and guests, ensuring comfort, discretion, and seamless service Packing-unpacking for travel Light meal preparation occasionally Travel with the family as needed (domestically and internationally) to support packing, setup, and hotel-level organization Maintain a calm, polished, and quietly effective presence throughout the home Flexibility & Expectations: Flexibility is essential, including availability during some evenings and weekends, and occasional last-minute schedule changes Comfortable with evolving routines, guest arrivals, or seasonal shifts in workload Possesses an intuitive sense of what needs to be done before being asked Embodies a seen when needed, invisible when not presence Able to manage the full scope of housekeeping duties when the second housekeeper is off or traveling Works well both independently and as part of a tightly coordinated team Requirements: 5+ years of experience in private luxury households Skilled in fine home care, silver/china maintenance, and wardrobe systems Experience supporting household events and knowledge of formal and informal service styles Proven ability to deliver discreet, concierge-level service to high-net-worth individuals Capable of developing and executing structured housekeeping systems and protocols Fluent English; excellent communication and discretion Valid passport required for travel Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision Physical ability to perform the duties associated with the role Candidate should drive and have a safe driving record.
