Our client, a growing financial firm in Middleton is seeking a temporary Office Assistant for 3 - 6months during a peak time. This role could become long term hire, based on performance, attendance, and business need. Duties include: Provide direct administrative support to three brokers and two assistants Prepare and process documents Process client requests and provide excellent customer service File and perform other basic administrative duties Provide back up support to other team members Prioritize tasks with competing directives and projects Participate in special projects where analytical review is needed Conduct regular audits of client files Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity Qualifications: Previous administrative support experience; financial industry experience a plus Be detail-oriented; accuracy is critical Utilize excellent organizational skills Excel in written and verbal communication Be able to work well with minimum supervision Proficient software skills and learning ability College degree preferred Working hours would fall between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday with the possibility of extra hours during special projects. This client offers a professional office environment with a comfortable working atmosphere.
