PT Morning Cook

PT Morning Cook Albert Lea, MN 7:00am-1:30pm, 13 hours/week Rotating schedule, weekends and holidays $16.25-$19.01/hour depending on experience Duties of Cook: Present attractive, delicious and varied food for the residents/tenants Preparing the days menu Labeling and rotating of food items Temperature checks and recording of food and equipment List food and equipment needed for ordering Clean food stations, equipment and appliances Follow Recipe guidelines May be required to work at another campus, as needed. Qualifications of Cook: Ability to read, write, and understand English Follow instructions and communicate effectively Operate all equipment in the dietary area Must be Safe Serve Certified or willing to to go through training Good customer service attitude Prefer experience as a cook at another facility or restaurant Ability to bend, stand, swoop, stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and lift 30-50 pounds at a time.
