Sails Restaurant is offering the rare opportunity here in Naples Florida to be mentored directly by Chef Holuss, and Chef King from 3-Star and 1-star Michelin Restaurants in London.

We are currently hiring full-time positions of Chef de Partie and Line Cook to join our team in Naples, Florida. As a full-time Chef de Partie or Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking elevated menu items using only the finest ingredients, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary requirements
  • Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Ensure that all food is stored properly
  • Assist with menu planning and ordering of supplies
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Plating hot and cold food items
  • Preparation of seafood market, ice display, and caviar presentations
  • Preparation of all raw ingredients, sauces, breaking down, and scaling whole fish
  • Maintain all health and safety standards in your work performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Culinary school certification is preferred however not required
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
  • Ability to follow recipes and dietary requirements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
