Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Server to join our team. You will lead your section with confidence, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an elevated level of hospitality to all guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
- Guide guests in wine selections, offering thoughtful pairings and insights into the wine list.
- Manage and oversee your assigned section, ensuring a smooth and organized service flow.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and kitchen staff to deliver flawless service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared work area at all times.
- Embrace feedback and actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and service standards.
- Take pride in your role, consistently delivering high-quality service with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of fine dining service experience.
- Possess or be willing to obtain ServSafe and BASSET certifications before the employment start date.
- Extensive food and wine knowledge.
- Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverages, with a desire to continually grow.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities.
