Post 1917 , a high-end steakhouse in the beautiful suburbs of Reading MA, is seeking a motivated and dependable Barback to support our bar team. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency, cleanliness, and organization of the bar during service. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in delivering a polished guest experience behind the scenes.

What Were Looking For:

• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Brings a positive, team-first mindset to every shift
• Understands the rhythm of fine dining and bar service
• Must be able to read, speak and write English Language to communicate with guests and coworkers.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and staying active for long shifts
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks (bending, reaching, wiping, restocking, etc.)
• Open availability especially nights, weekends

Education & Experience:

• 23 years of experience in a fast-paced bar, restaurant, or high-end club
• Must be 18 years of age or older
