RUKA , a popular restaurant located in the heart of Boston, MA, is currently seeking a part-time host to join our team. As a host at RUKA, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth operations
• Provide a memorable dining experience for all guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Must be available to work on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
