Responsibilities
*Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance repairs on production equipment.
*Respond quickly to emergency line calls and resolve issues efficiently.
*Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
*Responsible for all equipment for manufacturing, distributing, and maintaining safe quality food by following good manufacturing practices, food defense, HACCP, and SQF requirements.
*Complete work orders, document activities, and ensure proper record-keeping.
*Use power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
*Uphold a safety-first culture and practice good housekeeping.
*Work in warehouse and production environments with varying temperatures (0-40°F), loud noises, odors, and dust.
*Stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as crouching, stooping, and reaching.
Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on company needs.
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
SkillsIndustrial Blueprints (1 year of experience is required) Electrical (1 year of experience is required) mechanical repair (2 years of experience is required) Machine maintenance (1 year of experience is required) Food manufacturing equipment (1 year of experience is required) CMMS (1 year of experience is required)
