Job Description:
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, and minor structural repairs.
  • Respond to repair requests from both tenants and ACE personnel, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct routine Inspections to identify areas for improvement and address potential issues.
  • collaborate with the maintenance and facilities team to prioritize repair tasks and report on the status of ongoing work.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Manage inventory, request supplies and parts as needed.
  • Complete repair orders with notes, parts, and labor in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for more specialized repairs or large-scale projects as necessary.
  • Monday - Friday (some Saturdays) 8:00am to 5:00pm with overtime -
  • Starting wage is $22.00 - $26.00/Hour DOE

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to keep our facilities, grounds and properties in top condition. Experience and Skills:
  • Must add resume and fill out BG and MVR
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of building systems, such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Must read, write and understand English well enough to communicate with supervisor's and peers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and lift 75lbs or more.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend English well enough to understand instructions from a supervisor, communicate them to others
