Who Were Looking For:

Requirements:

• Bilingual candidate required
• 1 year customer service experience is preferred, but we will train the right person!
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).

A Typical Day as a Front Desk Coordinator:

• Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Assisting caregivers and doctors in providing top-notch care.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each patient.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Confirmation and re-care calls

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts

? Daytime hours No nights!
