Janitor

Our client, a dedicated facility management team, is seeking a Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Janitor

Location: Cudahy, WI

Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00

What's the Job?

• Empty garbage and maintain cleanliness in office and plant areas.
• Sweep and mop floors to ensure a tidy working environment.
• Stock and clean restrooms, including filling soap dispensers and changing towel dispensers.
• Assist in housekeeping duties and communicate effectively with team members.
• Operate within standard operating procedures and adhere to all safety policies.

What's Needed?

• Must have a good attitude and be highly motivated.
• Experience operating a forklift is required.
• Satisfactory attendance to meet business needs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and maintain a clean work environment.
• Willingness to assist in shipping and receiving as needed.
